Nortel Avaya 3050 weird issue

Anybody ever had issues with the Avaya 3050 box not allowing users to connect  ? only able to work after a reboot.
Symptoms:
Users get a fail to receive banner message after they do get successfully authenticated dialog box . And monitoring the Avaya 3050 shows tunnel connection are active for other user that were already connect, but no traffic encrypt flows?

What software version?  Latest version is 9.0.7.0  I do remember there was a problem with IPsec at some point in the past year or so where new connections could not be established after the box had been up for awhile, but was fixed; probably was in the 8.x software range.  Check release notes on the Avaya support site to be sure.
