Title: Net Direct option not available after login

We created a VPN group and gave them netdirect access.  They are able to login to the portal but the netdirect link does not show up.  We verified the config against other groups we have configured for NetDirect and everything is configured the same.

A few questions.  What is NetDirect?  What VPN client are you using and what VPN box are you connecting to?
