sorry if this question doesn't belong to this forum, but maybe you could guide me to the right place. Here's our situation: We have an Avaya CS1000 and recently we upgrade most of our TDM licenses to IP License and migrate to IP Phone (using Avaya 1210,1220, and 1230). The vendor who made this migration is now telling us that our "Pass Base Technical Support Service" has expire and we need to renew this contract with Avaya in order to buy new IP Licenses and receive support in case we need it. My question is, do we need this technical support service agreement even for buy new license? is that true?
