Title: Hunt Group and Disable number buttons in Avaya s8300 server

Hello Everyone,

I am facing two issues in Avaya s8300D call server.

Scenario 1
There are two extension assigned to Housekeeping department. Extension numbers are 2112 on basement  and 2113 on 2nd floor and we created the hunt group 2300 and added both this extension numbers in it.  Client requirement is when uses dial 2300 it should ring 2112 and if it donít pick up the phone for example for 5 rings then it must be to 2113 extension. Right now algorithm which we selected is circular but it does not fulfill this requirement.

Scenario 2.
Security office has one avaya phone and client asks to security guy should not able to call any extension expect operator. For PSTN restriction I can use COR level 0 which allows only internal calling but how to fulfill this requirement.


Please guide which concept i need to use.
