[SOLVED] Nortel NTDU96 Administration Password

I just got a Nortel NTDU96 IP Phone. When I powered it up through a PoE Injector, it says F/W version 0621C4P. Below that, it says DHCP server unreachable. So, I pressed the setting icon and a small menu popped up asking to enter Administration Password. The password field contains 4 stars (****). If I pressed OK button, it stays there. I don't know if this is a customized IP Phone with an unknown factory default password. I certainly would like to get through this password stage. So,

• Does anyone know what is the factory default password?
• If not, does anyone here know how I can perform a factory reset?

Being new to this IP Phone, I really don't know if the firmware version 0621C4P already runs the UNIStim firmware release 3.0.
