Citrix Access Gateway with Avaya One-X softphone
« on: January 22, 2014, 09:26:26 AM »
I've got an issue that - apparently - nobody has?!?
Access Gateway by default NAT's and uses 10.0.0.1 for the IP address.  Avaya One-X doesn't do NAT.
We have a 10.X.X.X network, so 10.0.0.1 is in conflict with another internal network.
When I add an IP pool of 10.87.30.X/24 to the CAG, the Softphone works (kind of), but other apps die due to the mis-matched gateway.
Anyone been able to change the CAG user-facing IP address from 10.0.0.1 to something else?

I haven't looked at either the NetScaler or CAG in a while but I believe you can change that IP address somewhere in the configuration, it defaults to 10.0.0.1 - if memory serves me.
