1140E IP Phoneset. Getting logged off (agent id)

I log in with an agent ID that way:
I lift the handset, presse the incall key, enter the agent ID and then the # key. Logged in successfully.
But when I put the handset back on the phoneset I get logged off! I have to leave the handset out of the phone set to keep logged.

Can't log in other way. And I answer incoming calls by pressing line DN key.

How can I stay looged in with the handset back in its place?
Any help?
