VRRP blocked by ACL
« on: June 25, 2013, 09:38:26 AM »
Hello,

I've just to configure VRRP between two 8006 in a VLAN which is protected via ACLs. Unfortunately, ACLs seem to block traffic and each member becomes Master in the VLAN...An idea of what to allow in ACL's to permit VRRP in this case ? By default, ACLs block all traffic in and out the VLAN.

Thanks.

Ok, I've finally try to add multicast address 224.0.0.18 for ACLs in and out VLAN, and it works...
