Root bridge verification

Hi guys,

What command can i use to verify root bridge on Nortel 8600

This is my STG configuration

stg 1  priority 0

and my Cisco is saying it's root for VLANS on the core


VLAN0029
  Root ID    Priority    32797
             Address     XXX.XXX.XXX
             This bridge is the root
             Hello Time   2 sec  Max Age 20 sec  Forward Delay 15 sec

depending on your version the best place/easiest place to look is in JDM or EDM.

What version is your ERS8600 running?

download JDM from support.avaya.com  and login to your switch

On the ACLI you can utilize this command:

sho spanning-tree status

Itīs always the networks fault!
