Nortel Passport 1424T Factory Default

Hello,

         Can someone please assist me ? I am looking for the procedure to Factory default a Nortel Passport 1424T. I have tried the CTRL C / D procedure to default.. but it doesn't seem to be working. Thanks in advance for any assistance...

I have some 1424T switches in our museum.  I think you need to press ESC during the boot process to clear the passwords.

I tried hitting the escape key during boot up, but it doesn't seem to have any action on the boot process . Is there anything else I need to do ?
