It just means a device was plugged into the port that registered on the switch.
Trap - SNMP trap message of the following change
LLDPxMED - Media Endpoint Detection of a device on the port
Subtype 4 - Telephony device

i havent any ip phone connected to network.
is it possible that nortel generates a message detect other device?
i had common wireless device like mikrotik, ubiquiti, home wifi router tplink, switch cisco 2950 and unmanaged switch.

Many of those send LLDP-TLV statements, so as long as your switch has LLDP status enabled, it will send and receive messages.

I just did a quick Google search for my response.
I'm not sure if IANA.ORG has a comprehensive list or not.
