new VSP switch
« on: June 26, 2013, 10:04:09 PM »
not sure if this is old news.  But it would appear that later on this year Avaya will be coming out with a 10 Slot VSP9000.  so going forward the VSP 9000 that we know will be called the VSP9012, and the new VSP will be called the VSP9010.

From the early images I have seen it appears that its a NEBS compliant system with vertically sloted i/o cards.

Its a curious move.  Unless they are planning on EoL the ERS8600co chassis I don't see the benefit.
