License ERS5000 - factory reset -> advanced to basic

Hi,

I have problem with switch NORTEL 5530-24TFD.

We have bought two of these models from another company. Today, we resetted one of them to factory defaults and after that, our advanced license gone away.

What can we do now?

Was the license yours or did it come with the switch?  If it's your license then you can just go back to the Avaya licensing portal and regenerate the license and install it.  If it came with the switch but you don't own it I have to say your out of luck.  Maybe ask the person you got it from to see if they can provide you a copy of the license?
