We have a switch Nortel BayStack 5510-24t, but we lost the image of the device, i searched the image on the Internet, but i didn't find.

Code image?  License image?  Picture?

You can request the code the unit came with from Avaya along with the license file by requesting it using the Serial #.  May take some doing.  If it was under contract, you might be able to get a copy of the last release the switch was under maintenance with.  Again, it will take some pushing with Avaya, but as long as it's what was supported/purchased by your company new, you can get what you need.

Pictures are all over the Avaya web site.

Thanks for your help, but we don't have contract of Nortel/Avaya anymore. So we need to get these files (.diag and .img) to restore our equipment.

Someone on this list could provide us these files to download?

Tks

We cannot provide the files, BUT, if you have proof of purchase and/or previous service contracts, you can reach out to Avaya for the code.  Like I mentioned before, you have to push them a bit, but they will provide the last one you are elligable for since you purchased a software license with the switch.

If the switch is not booting up correctly and you are the original purchaser of the equipment you can use Avaya's lifetime warranty service to get the switch repaired for free.
