This is our standard LLDP configuration.
Maybe this will help?

*** This line sets up basic LLDP for ALL model switches running 3.6 or higher code.

lldp tx-tlv local-mgmt-addr port-desc sys-cap sys-desc sys-name

*** Below global commands for 5XXX 6.2.2 and up code

lldp vendor-specific avaya call-server 10.X.X.X

*** (Start of User port-level commands)

int faste xx-xx (Excludes Fiber or other Uplink Ports)
lldp tx-tlv dot3 link-aggregation mac-phy-config-status maximum-frame-size mdi-power-support
lldp tx-tlv med extendedPSE inventory location med-capabilities network-policy
lldp med-network-policies voice dscp 46 priority 6 tagging tagged vlan-id XYZ (Change VLAN to match!)
lldp tx-tlv vendor-specific avaya call-server
lldp vendor-specific avaya dot1q-framing tagged

Hello Tank,

I have done above on both of my switches (4850 and 5520). Tomorrow I will see how things are going .
I also upgraded to the newest software release  (4850), release June 2017.
The ers 5520 has already the latest 6.3.6
