I have a couple of Avaya ERS 4524GT-PWR running 5.3.0.0 software and I did the procedure to default the switch to factory and now when it boots I do not get the AVAYA ascci screen, I only get the a screen for credentials and the RW and RO credentials do not work.
Is there anything I am doing wrong?
I did the boot brake process with "I" and then "a" after a reboot, just in case.

are you usign a secure image?

username: RW
password: securepasswd

non secure image:
username: RW
password: secure

I tried those and neither worked, but I never saw the AVAYA screen after resting the device. It comes up to the credentials screen but those credentials do not work. could I load a new agent code? It seams that the credentials are not correct after the reset.
