ERS 3526T-PWR+ PoE issue

Hello guys,

I had a strange issue yesterday with PoE on a new ERS3526T-PWR+ switch. I connected ip-phones to the switch and booted the switch. All phones boot up normally..

When I unplug the phone on port 7 and plug it back in, it doesn't get power from the switch. If I plug it in into a different port, it gets power and boots. If I reboot the switch with a device connected to port 7, it starts again together with the rest..

This happens with all devices plugged into port 7. Diag and agent are the lastest from the 5.1 release, log do not show anything. After reconnecting, PoE-status stays in "searching" mode.

Has anybody else seen this issue before?

Interesting... unfortunately, I don't have any ERS 3500 switches to test with. Anyone else have the ability to test this specific test case?
