clear system last-exception unit all breaks monitoring

On a Nortel 5500 stack (2x 5530 + 2x 5510-48) we did a "clear system last-exception unit all" and this resulted in 2 things:
- Environmental monitoring is broken
- SNMP monitoring of switch ports is  broken.
- Maybe other issues. Yet uniknown.

has anyone seen this before?
Does someone have a sollution, without rebooting the stack?

Firmware Version: 6.0.0.9
Software Version: 6.1.3.025

Hi Jan,

the software / firmware you've running on your ERS-5500 is quite very old - I guess more that 4 or 5 years.
Latest available version is 6.3.6 (Feb 2016) and I'd recommend you to upgrade your environment, also for support purposes.
