We have had an ACL working for 10 years or more on a single trunk link that has changed from 1Gb to 10Gb with time. The ACL uses Inport and denies all TCP ports except for the approved list on the ACL.

We needed to increase the bandwidth to 20Gb so created an LACP lag and applied the ACL adding the two ports. As soon as the ACL is enabled the two ports disappear from the LACP lag and re-appear if you disable the ACL. The traffic definitely stops when the ACL is applied.

I have tried using Invlan instead with the same result. I cant find a exception stating that ACL's wont work on LACP lags.

Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong or if there is a better way of achieving this.
