WiNG 5.4 - Active/Active change to Active/Standby
« on: September 07, 2015, 07:05:53 AM »
Hello

We are running WiNG 5.4 on 2 x RFS6000 in active/active but I would like to change it to active/standby.

Do I just go the GUI and change one of the controllers to standby under cluster configuration?

Thank you

I believe you can just disable clustering, change the node to secondary and enable clustering.

Cheers!

Michael

I have changed cluster mode on second controller to Standby and forced it to standby in web GUI,
all APs re-adopted to first controller which was active and my Active/Standby cluster works OK.
