Hello fredox,

Unfortunately you have not provided much information

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
How have you determined that the problem is with the Wi-Fi connection and not with the LAN or WAN?
Are there any errors in your RFS4000 logs?

Hello McNulty, and thanks for your answer.

I'm testing the network doing Ping through a Wired PC and two wireless Machines.

In the wired machine I always get 1 to 3ms  of response to the Gateway.

In the two wireless machines I get response of 14 to 30ms, but sometimes I get:

: bytes=32 tiempo=1063ms TTL=64
: bytes=32 tiempo=393ms TTL=64
: bytes=32 tiempo=1233ms TTL=64
: bytes=32 tiempo=134ms TTL=64
: bytes=32 tiempo=91ms TTL=64
: bytes=32 tiempo=571ms
Tiempo de respuesta agotado
Tiempo de respuesta agotado
Tiempo de respuesta agotado
: bytes=32 tiempo=197ms TTL=64
: bytes=32 tiempo=219ms TTL=64

I tried disconnecting and connecting again one of the machines to the wireless and the response was good again.

I have disabled the Firewall in the RFS4000 and now I have better performance, but I still having issues.

Also I installed for a couple of days a cisco Small bussines RV110W (Just for testing and discard interferences) And the wireless was stable and faster that the RFS4000 during the test.

Bests regards

What if you set a static power and channel on all APs? Sometimes smart-rf can make bad decisions, and it also does off channel scanning which can cause issues

I just did the settings.

I set the channel to 4 because is the one that is less used in this area, and I set the power to max in all the AP.

I commit And Save changes but when I check with Inssider I still seeing my RF in channel 11.

I reload all the APs and the RFS controller and nothing changes...

Thanks. :(

Are you working in the GUI or CLI?  If in GUI then you need to click 'ok' at the bottom of the screen before commit.

Yes..

I'm Working in the GUI, first I press OK, them "Commit and Save", and the screen shows channel 4.

But inssider tells me Channel 11...

Anyway I'm assuming that is an Interference problem, because when the problem occurs, I can't see any wireless network. From my Laptop (Inssider) or my Android (Wifi Analyzer).

The Issue takes a couple of minutes randomly.

So... The best approach for now is using the wire network and ask for a Site survey.

Thanks you so much for you time.

Hello Again.

The problem was with the Microwave. ;D

A week ago the company bought four new Microwaves.....

I know this was a silly problem, but anyway I published it because someone could have the same situation.

Best Regards.
