Slow ping sometimes

We are observing strange delay in wireless:
it's not depend on client count on AP. We use 6532 dual radio. On Radio 2 (5Gh) same situation.
Firmware 5.5.1
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=48 ttl=128 time=3.11 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=49 ttl=128 time=2.15 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=50 ttl=128 time=827 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=51 ttl=128 time=969 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=52 ttl=128 time=1617 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=53 ttl=128 time=3639 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=54 ttl=128 time=2648 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=55 ttl=128 time=1654 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=56 ttl=128 time=660 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=57 ttl=128 time=8.03 ms
108 bytes from 192.168.21.199: icmp_seq=58 ttl=128 time=1.78 ms

After disabling SMART RF the ping much more stable.
Will observe with many clients.

Nothing changed. The ping still very unstable. Any ideas why and how fixed this.
Mounted in office building. 1 AP for 3-4 rooms.

Could it be some kind of interference problem? Any other WLANs operating in the same area?

Yes it's look for interference problem. But spectral analyzer show not much signal from other Wi-fi networks.
