RFS6000 - WiNG5.5.4 - Administrator revoked the license
« on: April 21, 2016, 10:45:49 AM »
Good morning all,

I've got a strange one today. I am using 2xRFS6000's in a cluster, primarily with AP650's. For whatever reason, all of my AP650's are showing as "unadopted".
On my Primary RFS, I issue the command: show adoption status on RFS6000-Primary and I see it's been 19+ days for all of them.

I then look into the "Statistics -> System -> Adopted Devices" and see all of them have "Config Status" set to "Error".

I click a device, and click "Adoption" -> "AP Self Adoption History" and see:
- Adopter x is no longer reachable
- Received reset from switch y ('reason': 'Administrator revoked the license)
- Adopter x is no longer reachable

Nothing has changed (as far as I know) and I see we have plenty of licenses, and all devices/controllers are online...

Thoughts?

If you want to be sure about any changes, try the command "service show command-history".

What has worked for me, when the adoption status shows "Error" was to runn the command "service force-send-config on ..."
