RFS6000 RESET HELP
« on: December 15, 2013, 08:07:58 AM »
Hello,

I need to reset the password of my rfs6000, since I buy it on ebay I do not know it.
I connect to console port using cli - admin - superuser == it does not allow me access.
I could not connect to mgmt port with default ip 10.1.1.100 === no ping

Uplink port has dhcp ... and WebGUI, but admin - superuser does not work

login on cli with

At the Login Prompt type "reset"
At the Password prompt type "FactoryDefault" (All one word and the F and D must be capitalized)

This should do the trick
