Its a proprietary protocol by Motorola, so you wont find to much on the internet.
Is there anything special you want to know? Maybe someone can answer if the question is more precise.

For basic understanding, the Wing 5 How-to NOC document is helpful but it doesnt go to deep in protocol details.

This is described quite clearly in the How-to NOC deployment guide which you can find in this forum.

Level 1 Mint is used for Local Controller, and Level 2 Mint is used for Centralized controller.
Let me give a ex: If u have branch office and head office Centralized controller will be placed in head office and in branch office's u will keep only Local controller to control the AP's which is belongs to Your branch. and in few branch offices u dont have ;local controller at that time you have to use level to Mint for those to access from centralized Controller, like RFS6000, RFS7000 are used for local Controller and VX9000 will be used for Centralised
