Install wildcard certificate ?
« on: September 18, 2014, 08:11:47 PM »
Hi,

Do you know how to install wildcard certificate from public ca, I'm doing this for https captive portal. I manage  to install root CA from digicert but what missing is the last step , the root ca i imported is not server certificate. Btw I got 4 file from public can : root.crt, wild.crt, wild.csr, wild.key.

Thx

Hi,

Sorry, now i can import server certificate for public ca, it seems a miss one step which is i must import rsa key for my wildcard certificate. But theres a new problem, if i login to my management rfs address https://rfs.example.com my browser show green link and see a valid certificate that the certificate signed by public ca, but when i login to secure captive portal https://rfs.example.com:444 address although my browser see a valid certificate from valid public CA but the link is red with x cross.

Thx
