same as AP650, use AP discovery tools, you can find the tool inside the firmware package of AP650/AP6532/AP6521/.... from motorola web site.

Hi, do you have access to the AP6532?

You can erase startup-config and reload the AP
or
You can also use a special login to do the factory reset. Username: reset, Password: FactoryDefault

I do not know exactly for this model (I have 6562) but try over the serial port. Set baudrate on 115200
username: reset
Pass: FactoryDefault

there is no serial port on AP6562, I had big trouble with this once. indeed, you can try the reset tool, if you're lucky. Otherwise, if you lost contact, you will need to return it as RMA...

For ap 6532 you can use username reset, and the password must be generated by motorola support by giving mac address/serial number. To access the ap you can use zero conf ip.

Hi,
The only way to restore default the Motorola AP 6532 is to use 'AP Discovery Tool'
I found a complete guide here.
