I am using Juniper EX2200/2300/3400/4200 switches on a daily basis now, so I'll try to help anyone if they have questions. :-)

Hello, I hope you're still responding to this forum. We're switching to the EX3300/3400 and I wanted to know if you have a way to automate backing up the config files.
thanks,

We have a SolarWinds network monitoring system which connects to each switch and router in our network and takes a backup of the config nightly. Works well for us and keeps a backup of the configs available on the SolarWinds server.

We use whatsup Gold, but we didn't pay for that extra feature. I think we should start looking into that.
