Hello!

My name is Chi Peng, and I work in Avaya as a Channel Account Manager for the Networking product porfolio. Regions I cover are Nordics, Baltics and Eastern Europe.

Great to see so much discussion going on here. I think some of the members I have even met in person. If anyone has any questions directly to Avaya, please do not hesitate to drop me a PM.

Cheers!
Chi

Hi folks,

I am from Germany and my official job title is "Networking and Datacenter System Engineer". I started working with avaya/nortel technology in february 2011 (newbie right here) coming from a Cisco educated background.

This forum and Michael's blog have saved my bacon quite often and eased the pain of learning a new vendor quite a lot.

Thanks a lot for all the usefull tips, hints and clarifications everyone!
Greetings from Kassel, Germany

Hi everyone

It's great to discover an active forum covering Avaya Networking.  I'm a Consulting Systems Engineer at Avaya, dedicated to the data portfolio.  These days I don't have much time for the lab, but previously I was a Senior Network Engineer with Nortel, so I know the portfolio well and have done my time in noisy comms rooms bringing this technology to life. 8) Working in Presales keeps me very busy, but I'm hoping to be able to make a contribution here when time allows.

I'm also the guy behind the @AvayaData twitter account, so feel free to follow me there if you use the service.

Cheers
Simon
