Verizon Cloud IP Phone need help
« on: June 09, 2014, 03:48:27 PM »
Hi,

Just purchase 4 verizon Cloud IP phone by Polycom model : VVX400

When i plug those phones into my network.

4 of my PC will not able to go to the internet but still able to browse network drive and print to network printers.

I ve checked that my DHCP pool is in good shape and there are no conflict on IP address.

Need some advise and help. My DHCP lease time is 6 days.

Thanks

Hi Mike,

You'll need to let me know what you think about Verizon's solution... looking at it myself for retail locations.

In answering your question, I'm not quite sure I have any ideas. You are using a Verizon Actiontec router? I'm guessing you are plugging the PC into the Verizon IP phone, does that Polycom phone support a PC port?

I'll need more information to try and offer a suggestion.

Good Luck!
