Brocade Selling Ethernet and Fibre Channel Adapter Division

Seems Brocade is selling off it's Ethernet and Fibre Channel network card division to QLogic. Sounds a bit odd to me for the king of Fibre Channel to sell off their own ability to manufacture cards after they got in to the business only a couple years ago.
