Voice Pulse (Residential VoIP)
« on: September 06, 2009, 07:18:38 PM »
As I might have alluded to a few times I went ahead and ordered service from Voice Pulse to replace AT&T Call Vantage (AT&T CallVantage to shutdown October 20, 2009). There were initially back logged on the Linksys TA that they use so that caused a week's delay to getting it installed and operating. I requested that they port my existing phone number, originally ported from Verizon to AT&T CallVantage some four years ago, although they are saying that could take 30 days.

So far the service has been acceptable. I wife did report one dropped call (the other party wasn't on a cell or VoIP phone) but that's the only issue over the past 20+ days of use.

If anyone would like a referral just drop your email address in this thread... you get a $15 discount (yes I get a $15 discount too) on your service if you keep it for more than 90 days.

Cheers!
