PPTP BO tunnel to Windows 2008 server
« on: May 30, 2011, 11:43:35 AM »
I was reading your first post in relation to VPNR and IPSEC BO tunnel.

So i thought, to make life easier why not try and build a PPTP version.  ;D

Now everything worked from the point of view of configuration and even testing sort of.... However when I nail the connection up it terminates with a termination request immediatly after it has established.

Any ideas why?

If I test the same connection from a laptop connected to my VPNR everything works fine in respect that the laptop (winxp) client stays connected.

Also thanks for taking the time put your site together as its really useful. Much better than the Nortel forums...lol

Hi Tim and welcome to the forums!

What side is terminating the connection? I'm not sure but the "nailed" up option might be Avaya/Nortel specific.

Cheers!
