Conectivity 1100 Configure WAN via Web Interface
« on: September 10, 2011, 03:13:30 PM »
Client switched from dsl to cable and I am remoting in. In the web interface there is a section for WAN, but you can't make any changes here. Is this disabled somewhere? Problem is my static default gateway ends in a .6 and the 1100's assume your gateway ends in a .1 unless changed. I just don't want to have to ship this back to me just to configure it.

Think I just found my own answer but will need to test on Monday. Looks like you can add this info under routing->static routes

Hi and welcome to the forums!

If you need to change the interface you'll find the Ethernet interfaces under the LAN interfaces, the WAN interfaces are for legacy T1 and D3 interfaces.

Good Luck!

Yes but under LAN there is no place to enter the Default Gateway.

Yep, as you found the default gateway(s) have to be entered under the static routing page.  I always thought it was odd to separate the static IP and subnet from the gateway entry.
