Trouble using filters in LD 117 with STIP FW and ECNT FW

I was trying to list IP phones that have not yet been updated to the current firmware on the signaling server.
LD 117 has the STIP FW and ECNT FW commands, but the usage descriptions are a bit vague.

Does anyone have insight on this?

From the Signaling Server you can issue the isetShow command and it will list all sets and what version of firmware they are running. You can also do this from Element Manager on the Signaling Server or System Manager.
