That's an interesting question... you don't have access to any admin level UCM accounts?

That's might be painful since UCM is essentially the trusted source in 6.0 and above although I believe it gets replaced with Aura System Manager in 7.5 and above (I could be wrong about that one).

I wouldn't try to mess around with this one myself, I would advise that you contact a reseller to try and figure out how to proceed.

Have you tried https://<FQDN>/passwordReset using the fqdn of the primary security server?
