Here are the abbreviations and what they mean;

— MN (minoralarm)
— MJ (major alarm)
— C/H (CAS/History File)
— CW (Call Waiting)
— BUSY (Position Busy)
— NIGHT (Night Service)
— IDLE (Idle)
— ACTIVE (lpk has been selected)
— S (Shift mode) Only on the M2250 and later releases of
the M1250.
— EMERGENCY (Power Fail Transfer (PFT) feature is activated.)

You can find all the codes in the manual;

Good Luck!

I believe there's a "Power Fail Transfer switch" on the M2250. What position is it in?

I would not advise restarting a 4.5 call server for such an issue... it's most likely a configuration issue or other problem. Thankfully you don't have to treat a call servers like Windows server;  the Bill Gate's philosophy of rebooting to resolve the problem doesn't usually apply to this equipment.
