Callpilot Fax messaging not able to send fax
« on: October 19, 2011, 05:45:38 AM »
Hi;

I have a uniq problem i have a installation where BCM400 4.0 is installed and for Unified Messaging the client PCs are using with Lotus Notes 7.0.3, off late only one user is having problem of not able to send faxes, gives error "Fax Not Sent" and gives 2 options "save" "Cancel" tried with uploading new SU DESKTOP Patch and then download new Callpilot Unified Messaging Software from BCM HDD but while configuring when we have to locate the notes.ini file which is local in the pc even after providing the correct notes.ini file the callpilot setup shows file not found but completes the setup and the folders are created into the Lotus notes, user is able to receive faxes but not able to send fax to other numbers nor own mailbox,
to check out in the cptrace tool shows following logs, the BCM IP is 10.136.1.60

I only just saw your post... sorry.

That's likely going to be an integration issue but it's working for other users? Have you tried deleting the user and re-building the extension and user? You've tried rebooting the BCM right?

Sorry I can't really help.

delete mailbox

confirm the domain name of the bcm and make sure its correct
if applied the software update to the bcm
then download the desktop messaging file from the bcm uninstall the existing and install the downloaded file
