Unistim firmware on 1230 avaya phone

Currently I have a 1230 Avaya/Nortel IP phone running SIP 03.02.16.00. I want to convert this set to Unistim. On TFTP server I can see 1230SIP.cfg file being read. after few seconds it says upload failed on the phone
1230SIP.cfg is as follows

If you are running your TFTP server in debug mode you'll probably see the IP phone making a request for the file "12xxboot.cfg".

This is probably the file you are missing....
