Hi I have couple of questions regarding configuring SIP trunks on BCM50e RLS 3.o.

1. What license do i need to buy ViIP GW or SIP Trunk GW? (I already enabled VoIP GW (Try Buy) but didnt work as I read on one of the forum that VoIP GW license enables H.323 and SIP trunk).
2. If anybody has the instructions how to configure SIP Trunk on BCM50e will be great along with Dial Plan configuratio.

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Khurram,

Are you referring to internal SIP trunking (internal call plan) or are you referring to public PSTN SIP trunking?

I believe there are a few documents on Nortel's site that I can probably dig up for you. With respect to the licensing I'm not really sure with the BCM since I primarily use the SRG (same hardware different license/software configuration).

I'll see if I can dig up any of those documents for you, perhaps you already have them?

Cheers!
