You should use the 'Enter/Select' key at the center of the navigation pad (Up,Down,Left,Right).

Use the Right key to move through the configuration options, use the Enter key to open the option and/or open a drop down list of values to choose.

Good Luck!

You should be able to use the 'Enter' key in the middle of the arrows to select and change each option.

I'm assuming that you've enter the configuration password and that the IP phone hasn't been locked with another password by your telecom department.

Good Luck!

I did forget that depending on the version of software running on the IP phone you may have an option titled "Auto" at the bottom of the configuration screen. The options may be "locked" out from manual configuration because of the way the phone was originally configured and/or currently deployed. You can select "Auto" and then select "AllMan" which will set every option to a manual configuration from the IP phone handset itself as opposed to be configured via DHCP or LLDP-MED, etc.

Good Luck!
