i2004 Shift Key For additional lines

We're running mostly analog phones, but have several i2004 IP phones with Nortel BCM50 and can only access 5 our our 6 lines since 1 line slot is used for I/C.  My understanding is that the i2004 phones provide an additional menu to access a 2nd set of lines by hitting outbox/shift key.  My phones do have the shift key, but do not access a 2nd menu of lines.  The phones are not on the same Firmware version - some are on 0604DBG, some on 0602B65 and one on 0604D4B. 

Any help on enabling the 2nd menu in order to have access to our 6th line would be appreciated. -J

There are additional available "keys" with the use of the "Shift" key but that's only available on the Communication Server 1000 (CS1000). I don't believe those additional keys are available on the BCM50. When you program the TN (set) on the BCM50 does it provide additional keys?

No additional keys option comes up during programming.  Thanks for the quick answer.
