1140e Develops Issues
« on: August 19, 2011, 10:33:41 AM »
Just noticed, after a year in service, one of my 1140e's distorts my voice as I am talking with folks in the outside world.  I don't hear much sidetone and can hear the outside caller very well.  I have replaced the handset, cord, switched the ethernet port.  Anything elese I can do before replacing it?

Other than swapping the phone with another user, you've covered it. Make use of the warranty or maintenance contract.

Good Luck!

If you replace the set is the problem resolved?
