KHI TEST Logging idle test message

i have a single 8806 with 2 8895's and 2 8634 cards running 7.1 and this KHI message is filling up the log file, has anyone seen this before should i disable khi logging ?

How often do you get the message in the log file? Is it periodic?

I also see that message but have no idea what it means or if it is service affecting.
