Hi network,

I've split your post away from the CLI Hints and Tips forum and posted it here in the Avaya/Nortel Ethernet Switching forum.

enable
config t
interface fastEthernet 1-10
spanning-tree learning fast
spanning-tree bpdu-filtering enable

You didn't tell us which switch model you were working so I assumed it's a stackable such as the ERS 4500 or ERS 5000 series.

You'll need to replace the reference to "interface fastEthernet 1-10" with the ports you want to configure.

Good Luck!
