Dell Switch Comapatability with Nortel

Dear Team,

My customer has Dell Switch 5424

AM prosposing Nortel 5530 switch as the core switch.

Will there may be any comapatability issue? Kindly guide me.

I have a stack of DELL 6224F (in distribution layer) connect to Nortel 5500 and Nortel 8600 they all work well.  
I configured LACP and Vlan between the stacks and the ports are auto-negotiate.
I remembered I had some issues with tagged vlan in Dell switch.  But I found solution from Dell support.
