Hi Henruix,

I haven't had any direct experience with the BES220 but I have worked with the BES50. I don't believe there is a CLI interface on this switch only a web based GUI. I can comment that the BES50 has a 'Voice' application that way configured will set the port priority to 6.

Are you hanging an PCs off the phone PC port? If so they you'll need to differentiate data VLAN traffic from the voice VLAN traffic. The Nortel IP phones themselves will mark the packets (DiffServ)

Look for Priority (802.1p) and then set the ports properly. If you only have 30 IP phones then you probably don't need to worry too much about QoS (802.1p/DiffServ).

Good Luck!
