[425-24] agent don't start

Hey guys.

I'm not sure if it's common or not, I've an start up issue on one of my old Nortel 425-24T..

I've power on the 425 and it stops at Start Agent Code..

Do you know if I can recover it?

You could try factory resetting the switch (erasing the configuration).
