Ip filtering in SR1002E

Hi,
    Iam having a problem with SR1002E router.

     we need to prevent a client terminal whose IP is 10.19.252.40,  Gateway is 10.19.252.46(SR router ethernet IP) to access the network elements located at 10.19.232.* network.
I
mage version is r9.2 .

I tried to create Ip filter for block the user. but that command is not working in this router.  I gone through some avaya document & found it will work in r9.2 version.

Can somebody help to resolve the issue.
