WSS2000 and AP300

Hi Michael,
I am currently searching for clues on how to resolve the issue that I have now with our WS2000 and two AP300. I couldn't get the AP to get adopted (recognized) by the WS2000. Whenever I connect any of the two, the PoE led just keeps flashing. As well as the two lights on top of the AP300. If I check on CLI or on the Java Web GUI, it does not see any of the AP300s. I did a full factory reset on the WS2000, changed cables, etc. to no avail.
So what is your (or anybody who reads this) opinion on what happened? Hardware failure on the two AP300?
Previously, this WS2000 and one of the AP300 got delivered to our office. I configured them (successfully, with minimal issues) and send them to england for deployment and they started having problems so they got sent back. Now here I am trying to figure them out.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
IronJones

Welcome to the forums IronJones!
The WS2000 is a much different beast than the WS5000,WS5100 or RFS6000,RFS7000.
I don't believe the WS2000 will automatically adopt the AP300. Hence it continually reboots waiting to be adopted by a switch/controller. You need to go into the GUI and configure the MAC address of the AP300 to be adopted by the WS2000.
I could probably post some screen shots if needed. Let me know if you can't figure it out.
Good Luck!
